This rare vehicle has the advantage of being a coupe, targa or convertible and I have shown all 3 configurations in the photos. The hood is in excellent condition and operates easily and faultlessly.
This car was owned by the 4th owner for 29 years and then placed into a collection in Hampshire for several years. It has every MoT since new and reams of service history including 15 services up to 112k and is now on 122k with a new MoT and just been serviced. This paperwork can be seen in the photos but please ask if you have any specific questions.
The paintwork is in excellent condition for 39 years old and will benefit from being a classic - so tax/ MoT exempt from 1st Jan 2026, so only 17 months away. There are no dents or rust and the interior is lovely too, with some of the roof lining having been just replaced. If I am being picky, the drivers seat would look better if connolised. I have thoroughly cleaned and treated all the leather but it is not as good as I would like. The wheels are in great condition, as is the engine bay. She has clearly been a well loved and driven car.
This is the 3rd XJS I have owned, but the first 3. 6 and I am really impressed with the engine - more responsive than the V12 in my opinion and way easier/ cheaper to maintain.
