FOR SALE IS MY FATHERS 1986 JAGUAR XJS V12 CABRIOLET. BEING SOLD AS AN UNFINISHED PROJECT. The car is in excellent condition bodywise no rot and only slight surface rust on the chassis rails. Comes with a current MOT certificate which it flew through. Very tidy inside although the fronts seat look a little aged. Starts and drives and is very quiet. This is the t top cabriolet version with a manual hood. Comes with the number plate valued at £850. BAD POINTS. Every car has them this one has a few minor ones. It recently developed a fault on the auto choke which is not cutting out, it needs a new electric aerial fitting as there's not one on it, the consoles gauges don't seem to do anything they did but don't now. Seats have been changed from electric to manual. Needs new driverside rear quarter light rubber at the moment theres a bit of perspex stuck in it theres a new glass with car but no rubber.
