One of the most desirable "Special Edition" XJS was the "Le Mans Celebrarion" which was produced in tiny numbers, a total of only 200 were made.

The XJS on offer here is one of these rare beasts. The principle differences are 16 inch magnesium wheels, full leather, piped body colour interior and the all important identity plate. The vendor reports that this XJS has covered just 66,000 miles, with some main dealer and some independent specialist service history. He has owned and driven the car daily for a number of years and has nothing but praise for it, only reluctantly parting with it now because of a change in circumstances. Starting and running ever so smoothly on test prior to being offered for sale, this Jag offers a rare opportunity to own what was, in it's day, rightly viewed as one of the true production "Super Cars".

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
