Seller's description:
XJ-S 1985
Rarely there are still XJ-S that have not scraped the leatherette bath down to the carrier on the seat. The interior is still completely original. As fresh and unused as you can expect from a 70,000km car. After more than 30 years, the ravages of time have gnawed, but not on this car. Complete service history at Emil Frey Safenwil up to 60,000km in 1999. Since then the car has only been driven sporadically and has always been stored well. According to the previous owner, only one door leaf appears to have been painted once. XJ-S in this condition are now very rare. XJ-S have recently started to increase in value. Until now it was said: XJ-S are strange Jaguars, now collectors are beginning to appreciate this extraordinary car. Even without a catalyst, the power folding is not only velvety but also impressive.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
