Desirable facelift example
Recently serviced
This late facelift example of the desirable convertible XJS is offered in Sapphire Blue and complemented with cream leather trim coupled to a new blue hood. Our vendor has owned this car for the past three years and during his tenure lavished time and attention on his XJS including a repaint, to a very good standard, in January 2016 and a new hood was fitted this year. The history file shows that upon any MoT advisory works have been undertaken by local garages to ensure any necessary work was kept on top of. Also contained within the history file is the original book pack, a comprehensively stamped service record which includes the latest service in July of this year, an MoT test certificate valid until July 2019 without advisories, invoices, receipts and photos. Later XJ-S's were re-engineered in May 1991 and renamed XJS (facelift), receiving a new 4.0 litre version of the AJ16 engine. At the same time, the car benefitted from outboard rear disc brakes and more aerodynamic front and rear bumpers, thus making it more sought after by Jaguar connoisseurs. This lovely convertible is an impressive example of the Jaguar XJS and priced sensibly for any enthusiast or collector.
