Very nice looking car with deep black shiny paint, however it has several areas that have blisters on close examination. Could do with a respray but still looks quite presentable as it is! Rear window is cloudy but I spent 10 minutes polishing it and it was getting a lot better, with a couple of hours work it will not need replacing. Air conditioning is not working. What lovely cars these are to drive. So much better than the full convertible which have terrible scuttle shake. These XJSC'S offer tremendous value for money in comparison. This particular example is resplendent in a deep rich black. Fitted with a manual gearbox and the 3.6 engine. These go really well and are rather quick when pushed hard. Much more reminiscent of the old E types. 12 months Mot after being in storage for 5 years. This car has never been welded and the floors look solid. Mileage is a low 61,000 miles. All the electrics work as they should. There is a decent Sony stereo fitted. Tyres are almost new.
In my opinion this car is a good one that will be a fabulous investment. Use as it is and restore to perfect while watching the prices sky rocket! Hard to find in manual and with this low mileage certainly worth a look. Car is located near Gatwick and is easy to view.
