Classified Ad price: £11,800
Sellers description:
Regency Grey Metallic with a Rare Mulberry Red leather interior a truly stunning color combination , in my opinion the best ever .
Manual Gearbox , getrag , 5 speed , original jaguar , we have replaced the clutch with new and offer a 1 year warranty on the clutch and gearbox , we have over hauled and checked the gearbox when it was removed , we have replaced the gearbox oil as well as engine oil . We will warrant the gearbox also for 1 year .
Removable and storable T tops in good condition
Engine is very powerfull and smooth with NO issues at all . We have carried out a full pdi check and now proudly present this stunning looking xjs-c for sale . This is not the run of the mill 25 year old car , it has had several meticulous owners who have enjoyed it as well as carring out any repair the car needed to maintain it in tip top condition .
I am sure you will not see a better car for the money , rarely available in such good condition . Very few left manual in any condition !
Rock solid underneath as the car has been garaged for most of its life here in the UK . An early chassis numbered car we were told was owned by jaguar for 2 years before being registered and sold in 1985

Classified Ad price: £7,995, seller paul-holland-classic-jaguar, 150k miles.
Sellers description:
For sale is my beautiful Dorchester Grey bodies Xjsc Jaguar with RARE mulberry red leather interior
Low Milage for year a bit over 100,000 ( has had a documented speedo change ) clock shows 150k.
Massive history file showing the car has been well cared for in its life .
Being 3.6 manual with the stunning color combo , I would say totally UNIQUE , initially owned by Jaguar themselves.
Small discount allowed for cash and scratch on Bonnet that has appeared ☹️
Car has a very low chassis number indicating one of the first few made in 83 although not registered in U.K. for a few years . As I said it was kept and owned initially by Jaguar Coventry

Auction description:
Imperial War Museum, Duxford 19/06/2019
Lot 116 of 117: 1985 Jaguar XJ-S 3.6 Tickford Cabriolet
No Reserve
Registration No:C612TFL
Chassis No:SAJJNACC7CC114426
MOT:November 2019
- Mot until June 2020
- Rare manual transmission
- Said to "drive tightly with a crisp gear change and to be good, very good or excellent overall
Before the model's manufacture was brought in-house, production of the early versions of the Targa-topped XJ-SC were outsourced to the established British coachbuilder Tickford,. 'C612 TFL' is one of the rare Tickford-built examples, made even rarer by having its 3.6-litre engine drive through a manual rather automatic gearbox, which was the more common choice at the time. The vendor informs us that the righthand drive home market Jaguar is unrestored and has been owned by a long term Jaguar enthusiast and collector. It has apparently only had light use in the last few years and is said to 'drive tightly with a crisp gearchange'. The vendor's current overall view of the car is that it has an 'excellent' five-speed transmission, 'very good' bodywork, Dorchester Grey (Metallic Silver) paintwork and Red leather interior trim, and 'good' electrical equipment. He's now offering it complete with a good history file and current MOT valid into June next year
Sold for £4,500

Certainly not a Tickford we have had this for years as you can see No previous owners have claimed it to be a Tickford
It's a USA Market car with LHD and was later converted to RHD by Jaguar.
Car number 135 of 5013
& at that time were all 3.6 Cabriolets were Manual but later they produced 106 Automatics.
