A second Cabriolet originaly driven by Mrs Egan

Owner joined the XJS Soft Tops site March 06, 2017.  Came to Weston Park Sunday 24th June in our Cabriolet. I bought the car when it was 18 months old (previously registered to Jaguar Cars). Registered March 1985, well before the exhibition launch car, and originally allocated to John Egan and his wife by Jaguar (His RAC Card is still in the document wallet). It remains in excellent condition considering I used it in all weathers as my company car for 6 years".

Earliest surviving 5.3 Body Number # 5V001006.

Show Car.  First car in Sebring Red.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
