Vehicle Description
89 Jaguar XJS Convertible
Chevy 350 W/Turbo 400 Trans
Engine was rebuilt, has Edelbrock Performer intake with 700 cfm Edelbrock carb and electric choke, MSD 6 AL igintion with rev limiter, corvette booster and master cylinder. Electric fan, Alum radiator, Patriot coated headers. Tires new 275/60 Rear and 245/60 front on original rims. Trans turbo 400 with B/M shift kit and 10" holeshot converter. 2.88 Posi rear. New shocks in front. Car originally had engine fire and was bought with a PA Salvage Title. Only damage was to the engine wiring harness, after work was done, car was inspected by the state and now has a Reconstructed Title. Headlights, tailights, directionals, power windows/locks, wipers all work. I didn't connect the heater box and eliminated the A/C, I only drove it in the summer with the top down, so I didn't need the added weight. Car runs and drives excellent, can be driven anywhere. No rust or body damage, only spot is small bubble behind right rear tire wheel. Hood is stock steel with a steel Grand National scoop welded on to clear the air cleaner.
