This 1989 Jaguar XJS Convertible shows 46k miles and is finished in Diamond Blue with a navy blue soft top over a Savile grey interior. Power is provided by 5.3-liter V12 mated to a three-speed automatic transmission, and recent service reportedly included an oil change and a new steering rack. This XJS was purchased by the seller in 2014 and is now offered with a tool kit, factory literature, window sticker, shipping papers, ownership documents from new, service records dating back to 2010, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Minnesota title in the seller’s name.
The car is finished in Diamond Blue (JFN) and features a newly installed power-operated navy blue soft top, power tinted windows, heated rear glass, courtesy door lights, halogen headlamps, and a heated windshield washer.
The 15” spoke alloy wheels wear Pirelli P600 tires measuring 235/60 all around.
The interior is upholstered in Savile Grey leather and features a leather steering wheel, power locks, automatic temperature control, cruise control, electrically-adjustable heated sport seats, burl walnut facia and trim, deep pile carpet, carpeted rear luggage area, and a carpeted and lighted trunk.
The six-digit odometer shows approximately 46k miles, 8k of which have been added by the seller in five years.
The 5.3-liter V12 features aftermarket performance intakes and was factory rated at 263 horsepower and 278 lb-ft of torque for the US market. Shifting is through a three-speed automatic gearbox. The steering rack was reportedly replaced in 2018 after the seller noticed leaking seals. The intake manifold gaskets, fuel injector O-rings, and fuel pressure regulator were replaced in September 2014.
The factory tool kit, owners manual, factory service manual, window sticker, and shipping papers are pictured above and are included in the sale along with service records dating back to 2010.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or additional damage and activity in Florida and Minnesota.
