This 1986 Jaguar XJS V12 coupe is said to have remained in storage since 1994 with its original owner before being acquired by the selling dealer in November 2020. The car is finished in Tudor White over Biscuit leather, and power is provided by a 5.3-liter V12 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes a remote radar detector, air conditioning, a factory cassette stereo, an onboard computer, a MOMO steering wheel, and fog lights. Service in January 2021 consisted of a fuel system overhaul, an air conditioning system conversion to R134a, and replacement of the tires, battery, front brake rotor and pads, and an oil change. This XJS shows 21k miles is offered with factory literature, service records, a spare steering wheel, car cover, a clean Carfax report, and a clean New Jersey title. The car features a front spoiler, fog lights, chrome power mirrors and antenna, and dual exhaust outlets.

Factory 15” wheels are wrapped in 215/70 BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires that were installed in January 2021. Four-wheel disc brakes were standard and replacement front rotors and pads were fitted and a brake fluid flush was performed in preparation for sale.

The seating surfaces are upholstered in Biscuit leather with burl wood veneer accenting the matching door panels and black dashboard. Amenities include an aftermarket remote radar detector, automatic climate control, power windows and locks, a trip computer, and a cassette stereo. The air conditioning system was converted to use R134a.

Instrumentation consists of a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 6,500-rpm redline, auxiliary gauges, and warning lights. The six-digit mechanical odometer shows just over 21k miles, approximately 250 of which were added by the selling dealer. A MOMO wood-accented steering wheel was fitted by the original owner, and the removed Jaguar wheel is included in the sale.

The 5.3L V12 was factory-rated at 262 horsepower and 290 lb-ft of torque. Work performed in January 2021 included removing and cleaning the fuel tanks, rail, and injectors as well as a coolant flush and replacement of the battery, fuel lines, fuel filter, and an oil change. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission.

Included in the sale is a window sticker and original bill of sale, Jaguar sales materials, owner’s manual and cassette, multiple sets of keys, and service records since 1986 as well as a car cover and Jaguar-branded floor mats.
