Ebay item 5/16/11 STEERING.NO IDEA ON SHIFTING OF THE TRANSMISSION AS IT WILL ONLY DRIVE WHILE IDLING.THE A/C IS COMPLETE,BUT WILL NOT COOL.THE BRAKES "SEEM" TO WORK PROPERLY, HOWEVER IT WILL NOT DRIVE AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS SO THEY COULD NOT BE TESTED.WE ARE NOT JAGUAR MECHANICS SO WE CANNOT ANSWER YOUR QUESTION AS TO WHAT MAY BE WRONG WITH THIS CAR.USE YOUR BEST JUDGEMENT.
