ON EBAY 2/07
56145 MILES
SELLER WRITES:
This is an absolutely beautiful 1993 Jaguar XJS. Triple black with interior, exterior and top being black, this is a very desirable and difficult color combination to find. 1993 is the last year that they made the true roadster after that they added a back seat. It has been my personal fun car for the last four years and I just have too many toys that need the room and must let it go-although reluctantly! We are an independently owned dealership that specializes in european automobiles. Not only do we have low overhead and can offer great pricing, we also operate a european repair facility. That means every one of our vehicles has been thoroughly inspected and if needed repaired by our trained technicians. We do our utmost to represent our vehicles honestly and you can be assured that whether you pick your vehicle up yourself or have it delivered there will no surprises! This car handles like a dream with all of the power of a larger engine and with the smooth ride of a much larger vehicle. It is all original and has not been in any accidents. There is a very slight small crease in the front drivers fender that I am uanble to get to show up in the pictures due to the gloss on the paint and the rear drivers side bumper appears to have been tapped no real damage to speak of this was like this when I bought the car and has in no way deterred it's appearance or it's ability to turn heads as it always does. There are very few rock chips present on the hood and the paint is in exceptional condition for the age of the vehicle and that it is black! The only defect of the paint is shown in the picture with an inkpen reference, The only thing that needs to be addressed is the top it should be replaced due to the fact that it was left down and has some age cracks, the headliner and back glass are in good shape and could be re-used, the boot is in excellent condition. The top could be replaced for around $800. (parts and labor)go to convertibletopguys.com to view replacement tops and there are some other options here on ebay. The interior is exceptionally clean with only a very slight sign of wear on the drivers seat back which is very unusual for Jags, their interiors usually show extreme signs of wear. This vehicle has always been serviced by trained technicians and has passed state vehicle safety inspection. I do not detail engines because there are too many electrical components that should not get wet, so the picture of the engine is as it should be. The engine and transmission runs smoothly as it should, it is ready for a road trip. This vehicle has always been garaged and never out in inclement weather we have only driven in the summer and only put about 3100 miles a year on it. I do have the books and key fob. We do not disclose reserve before auction end so do not ask if you have any questions or would like to purchase this vehicle please contact us at: 816-233-5120.
