This 1992 Jaguar XJS V12 convertible comes from the tail end of the model's 21 year production run. This example sports the earlier 5.3L V12, the 6.0L unit not debuting until May of 1992, along with working A/C with a new compressor and control unit, new radiator and vibration damper, refreshed suspension and general tune-up completed during the seller's time with the car. Though located in Washington, the seller is Canadian and the car bears a clean British Columbia title in their name. Prior to its purchase by the seller this XJS resided in Arizona, and sports a high quality respray in its original Oyster color which shows very nicely in photos.

The tan convertible top is said to be nearly new, and appears to be in excellent condition. Likewise the mesh alloy wheels show well, and a matching full sized spare resides in the boot. The seller notes that some minor chips from regular use have appeared over the years, though they have been well touched up and the car's prominent nose appears nicely finished. In traditional Jaguar fashion the interior is laden with Connolly leather, wood and thick carpet. Some minor cracking is present in the dash wood, and the drivers' outer bolster and seat bottom are worn. All features are said to work as they should, including the air conditioning which sports a new control unit and compressor.

The 5.3L V12 looks tidy under the long bonnet, and retains all of its stock equipment. Front brakes were replaced just before the seller purchased the car six years ago. Since purchasing the car the seller has replaced the radiator, water pump, vibration damper, power steering cooler and power steering hoses. Rear brakes were done about 5,000 miles ago, along with all four shocks and several electrical items. A new distributor cap and rotor have been fitted as cheap items may melt in the Jaguar's notoriously hot engine bay. The last service was an oil change in late 2014.

The car is sold with an attached clean CarFax and clean British Columbia title in the sellers' name.
