The Interior
Cream leather upholstery shows in very good order, with some light wear and a little patination, particularly to the seats – but we saw no tears or significant wear
Inlaid burr walnut trim is very smart, with no wrapping or cracking we could see, just a little wear beginning to show around the gear selector
Beige carpets and floor mats appear to be in fine fettle, with very slight wear in places, but nothing of concern
Electrically operated, heated seats
Electric windows and door mirrors
Air conditioning
Generous rear luggage shelf, with chromed rail for straps
Factory Jaguar radio/cassette system
All of the driving controls and switchgear look to be in very nice condition, lightly breathed on with a little patina and wear commensurate with the car’s age and mileage
The vendor reports no faults or issues with any of the car’s features and instruments
The Exterior
Very smart Jet Black (code PDH) paintwork, which wears a lovely deep gloss and presents in superb condition considering the age of the vehicle
There are sure to be a handful of minor blemishes and marks, but we saw nothing to concern us
The bodywork looks to be straight and true, with no corrosion or damage apparent
Single lens headlamps and smoked rear lenses offer an elegant, timeless aesthetic
US specification high-level brake light
All of the brightwork appears to be complete and undamaged, with no significant wear or pitting we could discern
Convertible fabric roof looks to be in very good order, with no UV damage, notable wear or tears that we could see
Underneath the car appears to be very solid, the floor pans and sills show no evidence of corrosion we could identify
15-inch Lattice wheels wear a lovely lustre and are shod with a matched set of Firestone tyres

Four-speed automatic transmission
