This 1995 Jaguar XJS features a 6.0-liter V12 paired with a four-speed automatic transmission and is finished in black over a Cream 2+2 interior with Coffee trim. It comes from the penultimate year of XJS production and was acquired by the seller in Arizona circa 2015. Servicing over the past several years has included fitting a new black soft top, and the seller most recently performed fluid changes for the engine and brakes. Features from new include air conditioning, touring suspension, 16×7″ cast alloy wheels, a boot spoiler, a block heater, and a limited-slip differential. This Series III XJS V12 shows 69k miles and is now offered with a clean Carfax report, service records, and a clean Indiana title.
This convertible was delivered new in black, and the optioned rear boot spoiler is finished to match. Additional details include power wash headlamps, tinted rear lights, and a Jaguar hood emblem. The seller notes that the front air dam was repaired after it was cracked on a parking curb, and there is also a paint chip on the rear spoiler. No accidents or damage are noted on the accompanying Carfax report.
The seller had the convertible top replaced with a new black unit featuring an electric defrost rear window, and the trunk lid support struts have been replaced. This convertible was optioned new with 20-spoke Diamond Turn wheels, which measure 16×7″ and wear Pirelli Cinturato P7 tires. The car was optioned new with touring suspension, and the seller reports that he has had the brake fluid flushed within the past 5k miles. Additional work from the seller’s ownership includes replacing the ABS brake accumulator sphere and the brake pads.
Coffee carpets cover the floors, and burl wood trim accents the interior, which was optioned new with a CD changer, a trip computer, a phone harness, cruise control, and power front seats. The front and rear bucket seats are upholstered in Cream leather with Coffee piping, and all four places were reupholstered for the seller three years ago.
The six-digit odometer shows just over 69k miles, with approximately 8k miles added by the seller.
The 6.0-liter HE V12 is backed by a GM 4L80E automatic transmission with overdrive. The seller reports that he conducted a coolant flush and oil changes within the past 5k miles. Other work during the seller’s ownership is said to include replacement of the spark plugs, several main relays, the throttle position sensor, hoses and O-rings for the oil cooler, upper and lower radiator hoses, thermostats, accessory belts, power steering pump hoses, and the oxygen sensor.
This example was optioned new with a block heater as well as a limited-slip differential.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists registration history in Washington, Arizona, and Indiana, with entires dating back to 1997.
