Seller's description:
Vintage Motor Cars
Solon, Ohio
Mileage 29,818
VIN # SAJNX2341SC197114
Exterior black
Transmission Auto
Interior beige leather
Condition Excellent

This exciting limited-production XJS 2 plus 2 is probably one of the lowest mileage cars of its model year available. To make it even more rare, there were just 4,884 XJS models produced in 1995. Most were 6-cylinder cars and only 78 boasted a 12-cylinder Jaguar engine. This vehicle is one of the lucky 78.

Furthermore, as a Special Edition build, it includes color-coordinated piped leather seats with horizontal pleating, sapwood inlaid veneer wood on doors and dash, veneer shift handle, diamond-turned alloy wheels, a brake light in the rear spoiler, V12 emblems on the front fenders and a Gold Cat hood emblem.

The car has been well cared for, having just completed a ceramic coating, and its striking black paint over beige interior is a real attention-getter.

Over $10,000 was spent by the last owner on new Diamond Back tires, Bilstein shocks, brakes, tune-up and other services that appear on invoices available with the car. A clean CARFAX is also available.

This exciting car has been judged at a Jaguar Clubs of North America Concours d’Elegance where it scored 997.7 points out of 1000 in November 2018 (The deduction was for discolored leather on the emergency brake handle and water spots on the door jambs).

This low-mileage Special Edition 6-Litre V12 is sure to appreciate in value, and we’re sure you’ll appreciate it for its sleek design and powerful drive.

This 1995 Jaguar XJS 2+2 convertible is powered by a 6.0-liter V12 paired with a four-speed automatic transmission and is finished in black over beige leather upholstery. Equipment includes a limited-slip differential, fog lights, headlight washers, a power-retractable black soft top, 16″ multi-spoke alloy wheels, a rear spoiler, heated power-adjustable front sport seats, a cassette stereo, a six-disc CD changer, cruise control, and automatic climate control. The car spent time in several states before it was acquired by the selling dealer in March 2021. This XJS convertible shows 30k miles and is offered with the owner’s manual, partial service records, car cover, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Ohio title.

The car is finished in black with bright trim and features a power-retractable black soft top with a beige top boot. Additional exterior features include fog lights, headlight washers, a Jaguar growler hood emblem, a telescoping antenna, dual exhaust outlets, and a rear spoiler. Paint imperfections are visible on the lower-front valance.

Multi-spoke 16″ alloy wheels are wrapped in 225/60 Toyo Extensa A/S tires that were mounted in 2018 and feature Jaguar valve caps. Stopping power is provided by power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes. The shocks and brake rotors were replaced in 2018.

The heated power-adjustable front sport seats and two-place rear bench are upholstered in beige leather with contrasting piping and complemented by wood veneer on the dashboard, center console, and door panels. Woven floor mats line the footwells, and interior amenities include driver position memory, a cassette stereo, a six-disc CD changer, cruise control, an onboard computer, and automatic climate control.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer as well as gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 30k miles, approximately 2,300 of which were added under current ownership.

The 6.0-liter V12 was factory rated at 301 horsepower and 351 lb-ft of torque. Service in 2018 included replacing the valve cover gaskets, intake manifold gaskets, ignition wires, and distributor cap.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential.
