Ebay item 8/12/21
www.ebay.com/itm/255131246073
Current bid:
US $1,127.50, no reserve, 17 bids 9 days left in auction, seller foreverjaguar, 218k miles.

Seller's description:
This 1995 Jaguar XJS is a restomod with updates to the exterior. The owner has had it for 1 year. The vehicle is drivable and is mainly used for weekend drives.
NO RESERVE!! Starting at just $1!!

You are bidding on a unique 1995 Jaguar XJS with the coveted 4.0 straight 6!

Runs and Drives good. It starts up first crank, revs great, idle undulates between 625-675 RPM. It could use some fine-tuning and TLC to get it dialed in right. Hence NO RESERVE. Brakes operate great! Could use an alignment.

Oil pressure looks good. No smoke upon start-up or while running.

All windows and top work. Low beam headlamps very dim. High beams seem bright. Wipers, horn, and other electronics seem to work. A/C blows warm. I have not investigated as we have been driving with the top down.

Less than 100 miles ago it received the following (just because I have a surplus of parts to spare)

New spark plugs

New coil packs

New EGR

New TPS

New Coolant Sensor

New IAT

New Battery

Like new Dayton wire wheels which have also been patina’d.

2 new downstream o2 sensors

(Although I eventually gutted the catalytic converters so the check engine light is now illuminunated)

Removed and thoroughly cleaned the butterfly.

Original aux fan was seized so I installed an aftermarket Spal fan rated to 1100 cfm and wired it to turn on with the marker lamps.

Convertible top was replaced by previous owner about 1 year ago and functions great!

Interior is rough however it seems to work with the exterior! This car has really been driven by the previous owners as she clocks 218k miles and surely looks it!

This car was originally black.

This was part of a short film so I added a faux patina paint job. This car is actually rust free. Undercarriage looks great!

Car comes with cowboy boots, a horse saddle, and wintergreen chewing tobacco.

It surely commands a lot of looks around town and drives like it looks but it’s a lot of fun!

Clear Florida title in my name. My lady has been driving it around town.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
