1996 Jaguar XJS. 1996 Corvette LT1 stroked to 383 cubic inches, blue printed, custom heads, mildly upgraded roller cam to preserve low end torque. 4L60e transmission ? rebuilt. (Note ? this is the 1996 LT1, not the 6.2L from the C7 Corvette.) Just smogged; engine is California CARB approved, new Optima battery, Sea Mist two stage urethane paint is two years old. New leather interior. Overhauled heating and air conditioning. Brand new Dayton wire wheels and tires. Premium sound system with aftermarket speakers, and separately amped dual subwoofers. Approximately 5000 miles on new engine. Vehicle has approximately 55,000 miles. .What?s wrong with it: Two paint chips, one on door other on hood. I have the original paint for touch up. The passenger door needs to be adjusted. Fuel level sender needs adjusting. I had to cut the plastic on the driver side headlight to adjust it. (Yes, I know the 1996 XJS had European headlights ? I replaced them.)
