This 1996 Jaguar XJS 2+2 Celebration Edition convertible is powered by a 4.0-liter inline-six paired with a four-speed automatic transmission, and it now shows 48k miles. Finished in Spindrift White over Coffee leather, the car is equipped with a limited-slip differential, fog lights, a power-retractable tan soft top, aftermarket 18″ alloy wheels, power-adjustable front seats, cruise control, automatic climate control, and an AM/FM cassette stereo linked to a trunk-mounted six-disc CD changer. Acquired by the seller in 2015, this XJS convertible is now offered at no reserve with the owner’s manual, a stock set of wheels, a clean Carfax report, and a clean New York title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in Spindrift White and features a power-retractable tan soft top as well as fog lights, a Jaguar leaper hood emblem, dual exhaust outlets, and a telescoping antenna. Touched-up paint is shown at the rear of the left door, and marks on the right door and rear bumper cover are noted.

The chrome-finished 18″ Antera alloy wheels are mounted with 225/50 Goodyear Eagle LS2 tires. Stopping power is provided by power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes.

The cabin features power-adjustable front seats and two rear bucket seats upholstered in Coffee leather (SDC) with contrasting piping and Jaguar logos embossed in the headrests. Burl wood veneer accents the dash, center console, and door panels, and amenities include cruise control, automatic climate control, and an AM/FM cassette stereo linked to a trunk-mounted six-disc CD changer. Cracks are shown in the center console veneer trim and wear on the left-front seat upholstery.

The four-spoke steering wheel features wood accents and frames a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 48k miles, approximately 4k of which were added under current ownership.

The 4.0-liter inline-six was factory rated at 237 horsepower and 282 lb-ft of torque. The Carfax report indicates that the alternator, spark plugs, and ignition coils were replaced in 2019. An oil change was performed in preparation for the sale.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential.

A set of stock 16″ alloy wheels mounted with Goodyear Assurance tires is included in the sale.
