ENGINE: It just passed California state enhanced smog check with flying colors...no problems. The test includes a visual inspection, functional check and emissions test. Although the car has some miles, the Jaguar straight 6 - cylinder is known to be the most reliable engine and basically bullet proof. The Sport Mode option works well when you want performance driving .The car has been well cared and I purchased the car with 114,000 miles and have pampered the car since owning. I was told the car has been well cared for since day 1, that is why it is in such great condition. INTERIOR: Is very clean with no rips, tears, stains, etc.....The interior leather has been conditioned on a regular basis and has been professionally cleaned several times. The back seat area looks practically brand new. The driver's side floor does have some wear, but could be easily covered with new floor mats. The passenger side has some slight wear as well, such as some minor loose stitching.

BODY: The paint is in good condition and has the normal little nicks and chips from driving. I included photos. of the side door and the hood.....both of these photos show the largest nicks, but are really not a big deal...I just wanted to point them out. There is no rust on this car and has been garaged since I have owned the vehicle.

TIRES and BRAKES: The tires have good tread left and the brakes are good as well. The car has the spare tire in good condition.

ELECTRICAL: All the electrical parts work with no problems and the top goes up and down with no problems. I put in an after market stereo and Amplifier , which is mounted in the trunk. See photo. The stereo is an Alpine with a single disk CD player and can be wired for Ipod. The car is wired for satellite radio...Sirius. The stereo with the Amplifier was around $600.00 alone. It is a very good system and the front of the stereo is removeable so you can take it with you when you leave the car. The car also has a remote lock and it has an alarm system. All the seats, windows, lights, etc...work with no problems.

The only issue with the car right now is the A/C. It has a very small leak, but my mechanic said it is not worth fixing. I just charge it up before summer and it lasts for the duration of summer. It blows cold and has good circulation. Heater works VERY well and warms up the car fast.

The top is in VERY good condition - No rips, tears, stains, fading, etc. These tops also have the GLASS back windshield, not the plastic kind that turn yellow and become cracked.

Overall, this is a solid car and reliable. It has been cared for and can go for many more miles if properly maintained. I know the miles may be concerning, but again, the engine is VERY good and strong. I am only selling because I need a bigger car to transport my daughters. The car does have a back seat, but really only used for very small children, although 2 adults could fit if really necessary.
