Lot #91461
This 1994 Jaguar XJS 2+2 convertible is powered by a 4.0-liter inline-six paired with a five-speed manual transmission, and it is finished in Glacier White over beige leather upholstery. Equipment includes a limited-slip differential, 15″ five-spoke alloy wheels, fog lights, a power-retractable beige soft top, power-adjustable sport seats, automatic climate control, a cassette stereo, and a trunk-mounted CD changer. The car was first registered in Georgia and later spent time in several states before being acquired by its current owner in 2022. This XJS convertible shows 99k miles and is now offered in California at no reserve by the seller on behalf of the owner, a California retail dealership, with the owner’s manual, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Arizona title.
The car is finished in Glacier White (NDP) and the front spoiler and front bumper cover were reportedly repainted in preparation for the sale. Exterior features include a power-retractable beige soft top, fog lights, a Jaguar growler hood emblem and leaper ornament, dual exhaust outlets, and a telescoping antenna. The seller notes wear on the soft top and scrapes on the front and rear bumper covers.
The 15″ five-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with 225/55 Kumho Ecsta STP tires. Stopping power is provided by power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes. The shock absorbers are said to have been replaced. Curb rash is visible on the wheels.
The cabin features power-adjustable front sport seats upholstered in beige leather as well as burl wood trim on the color-coordinated dashboard, center console, and door panels. Interior appointments include driver-seat position memory, automatic climate control, cruise control, an onboard computer, power windows and locks, and a factory AM/FM cassette stereo linked to a trunk-mounted CD changer. Part of the wood veneer on the passenger-side door panel is missing.
The four-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel level. The six-digit mechanical odometer shows 99k miles, approximately 200 of which were added under current ownership.
The 4.0-liter inline-six was factory rated at 219 horsepower and 273 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential.
