Ebay item 3/16/18
www.ebay.com/itm/1995-Jaguar-XJS/222883869447
Car has a buy it now price of $21,000 for 6 days, seller imil7118, 65k miles.
Sellers description:
Rare, nice example of the 1995 Jaguar XJS Coupe with the 6.0L V12.
Although there are lots of listings for Jags with the 5.3L V12, the 6.0L is much rarer, more efficient, and more powerful. Though not quick off the line, this old girl still moves on the highway.. about 300hp, 3900lbs, and who-knows how much torque. Has some of that smoothness the cars were reputed for, but it also, oddly, feels like driving a muscle car... a small one, with twin shocks on each rear corner, and a GM 4 speed auto box. From 1993 onwards, something like 4 out of 5 of these cars had the 6-cylinder engine. From 1989 onwards, the coupes are much rarer than the convertibles, and I only see one comparable car for sale on line at the moment.
This one has the super-rare 'celebration' machined aluminum wheels with body-matched painted spoke-holes. It also has the OEM rear spoiler with integrated 3rd brake light. It has a newer Pioneer bluetooth stereo, and the original CD-changer in the truck. I replaced the belts, charged the AC, and did an ignition tune up when I bought it in 2015. The previous owner installed federal spec 5" headlamps from a pre-1992 model. The later headlights aren't as bright and look goofy.
To 'restore' this car to OEM spec, it just needs the Jaguar stereo head-unit reinstalled, and the headlights changed out.. I didn't restore it to spec as I'm not a purist, and preferred the look of the 5" headlamps.
The car had some kind of a mechanical issue when it was new back in 1995, and the original dealer returned it to the Jaguar factory in Coventry, which worked out the problem. Legend has it that it was sent back to its original owner in the US, but had to be re-titled as a re-built car, hence the re-built title. It still has its original paint - looks like it was laid on thick, and it mostly looks good. There are a couple of spots around the buttresses that look a bit thin, probably from detailing over the years. The car has every option except a factory sunroof, but then, I like the look of the car without a sunroof.
I'm downsizing because we have too many toys - I also have a 'matching' 2005 Jaguar XKR convertible in nice shape with new paint.

Seller's description:
1995 XJS V12 6 liter coupe Black/Cream 67,000 miles. This car has a couple of nice modifications. The headlights have been changed to dual round from the one piece. Alcantra headliner and stereo replaced with a more modern unit with blue tooth for phone. Has brand new Goodyear Eagle Sport VR rated tires and just installed Bilstein shocks front and rear. Running and driving great. Paint on the roof and rear deck lid is starting to check. The rest of the paint is quite good 7-8 out of 10. Interior is very clean no tears or excessive wear on the leather. The wheels are mint and gleaming. The car has a rebuilt title but there is no history or indication of any accidents or body damage.
