Ebay item 2/21/23
Current bid: $1,000 reserve not met 1 bid car has a buy it now price of $6,900, 6 days left in auction 110k miles, seller arnaj01.
Seller's description:
I am listing my 95 Jaguar XJS for sale. This is a very handsome car, with a nice color combination. It starts easily and drives, brakes and steers well. I haven't driven the car as much as I would have liked to, but I have enjoyed it whenever I have had the chance. It gets appreciative looks either when I'm driving in town or cruising on the freeway. The car is titled to me, and is currently registered and insured through Hagerty classic car insurance. This is an original California car, the original owners manual show it was sold new in Castro Valley CA (the rear license plate surround is original to the car from new, same as the Jaguar dealership where it was sold).
As stated, the car drives nicely and there are no noticeable leaks, no smoke. The gauges work, so do the lights, power seats, power windows, clock, and has the original stereo (the antenna does not go up/down). I added a little freon to the a/c system at the end of last summer and the air-conditioning blew cold, I was going to have the ac system professionally serviced in the spring if I kept the car. The tires have good tread, and I recently replaced the wiper blades. The interior is also in very nice condition as can be seen in the pictures. The car has been repainted, it looks very nice but in my mind is of a 'six foot' quality. The hood of the car looks to have been painted another time and depending on the lighting shows a different shade of blue ( I can see under the hood where it looks like someone dented the nose of the hood and had it repaired). I have take pictures of the noticeable places where the paint has damage; however, these things do not detract from enjoying the car. I feel I have priced the car fairly and have taken into consideration the overall condition of this XJS.
I had purchased this car last summer from an estate, the car had not been driven regularly for the past few years. I had the car serviced and it passed smog well, I have again smogged the car (to ease transfer of ownership in California) this Jan 28th, in anticipation of selling the Jaguar.

Car returns to ebay 4/22/23
Car has a buy it now price of $14,000 for 29 days, seller kacald_19, car now in Kaysville, Utah, 108k miles, previously Fresno, California.
Previous auction ended at $6,100 reserve not met after 31 bids.
Seller's description:
This 1995 Jaguar XJS is an original. The owner has had it for 2 years. The vehicle runs great. Jaguar Coupe, TWO OWNER EXAMPLE! CALIFORNIA CAR. ICE BLUE with OATMEAL interior. Clean title and currently registered. I drove this car from California to Utah last fall. The car shows no indication of damage or rust history. The paint and clear coat are in fantastic shape a few very small imperfections that you would never see unless you knew they were there. The wood is perfect as is the leather seats and carpets. The run and drive is as nice as the car is cosmetically. Very tight, responsive, and quick. If you are seeking one of these beautiful appreciating coupes, this one needs considered. Interesting fact, the face-lift Era there where only about 3,000 coupes and out of those a very small percentage were a straight 6. XJS would be Jaguars longest production from 1977-1996 with the last 2 years being the lowest numbers made passing the torch to the XK8. Only selling this beautiful Jag because I just took a job in Hawaii.
