This 1989 Jaguar XJS is one of a limited number produced with the Collection Rouge package, which included a coupe body finished in Signal Red along with red-accented 15” basketweave wheels, gold-plated emblems, Magnolia leather upholstery with red piping, and burl elm wood trim. The car is powered by a 5.3-liter V12 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission, and additional equipment includes fog lights, chrome side mirrors, heated front seats with power-adjustable lumbar support, automatic climate control, an AM/FM cassette stereo, cruise control, and power windows and locks.

Cosmetically this car is in excellent condition. Mechanically, this XJS had a good deal of recent maintenance and updating by the previous owner. This includes all new brakes (pads, calipers and rotors), injectors, valve cover gaskets, fuel hoses, belts, thermostats, spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor. However there are a couple of issues that a new owner should be aware of. First, the rear shocks are pretty soft and will need to be replaced. Second, the current compressor is R12 and needs to be charged. Also it needs rear carpets. Otherwise the car looks, runs and drives great!!
