Car listed as sold at:
www.grautogallery.com/vehicles/2488/1989-Jaguar-XJS
Sellers description:
This is originally a Kentucky Jag most of its life and spent a good deal of time in storage. The power top does not work and it does have some small tears in it and will more than likely need replacing and the A/C belt is not hooked up. Overall, this running and driving example is fit and will need a little TLC but will offer much enjoyment and satisfaction.

Private Party or Dealer: Dealer
This 1989 Jaguar XJS V12 convertible was reportedly sold new in South Carolina, and later spent time in Kentucky, Michigan, California, and Georgia before the seller acquired it from a collector in January 2020. The car is finished in Dorchester Gray (LDP) over a Mulberry leather interior with a black convertible top and now shows 65k miles. Power comes from a fuel-injected 5.3-liter V12 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission, and equipment includes a power-operated convertible top, air conditioning, heated power seats, and a Pioneer CD stereo. This XJS convertible is now offered by the selling dealer with its factory radio, a Carfax report, and a clean Georgia title. Features sealed-beam headlamps, and a heated rear window.
Factory 15″ cross-spoke alloy wheels are wrapped in 225/70 Hankook Kinergy ST tires that were reportedly installed in 2019.
The interior is trimmed in Mulberry leather (CEM) with matching carpets, chrome moldings, and burl wood accents on the dash, door panels, and center console. Amenities include air conditioning, power-adjustable heated seats, and a Pioneer CD stereo with USB connectivity. The seller notes that the factory radio will accompany the car, and reported service since 2017 includes a replacement oil pressure sender, a repaired fuel gauge, a replacement wiper switch, and an A/C system charge.
Factory instrumentation consists of a 160-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, and vertical gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, fuel level, and battery voltage. The six-digit odometer shows 65k miles.
The 5.3-liter HE V12 is equipped with electronic fuel injection and was factory rated at 291 horsepower and 317 lb-ft of torque. Drive is sent to the rear wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission. The April 2020 Carfax report first updates in 1991 and shows an accident-free history in South Carolina, Kentucky, Tennessee, Michigan, Georgia, and California.
