This is the Targa version "SC" V12 5.3 litre - Australian delivered - tonneau cover - original books - spare keys - white with cream leather - this is unmarked in every possible way - we have sent this car to a Jaguar specialist who has gone over the entire car and changed whatever was required with original parts. - when purchased, we changed the oil, put new fuel in and made sure that the engines were perfect prior to starting them. They fired up and started first time. - never listed for sale before.

Description from above offer:
A rare and elegant 2+2 grand tourer, this Jaguar XJ-SC V12 Convertible is a remarkably well-preserved example of the Targa-roofed cabriolet variant.
It is equipped with a 5.3-litre naturally aspirated V12, sending power to the rear wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission.
The odometer indicates 241 Kms, which the seller believes to be accurate, though this is not warranted.
This example has been with the seller and reported second owner for 10 years.
Build year: 1985
EQUIPMENT AND FEATURES
This XJ-SC V12 Convertible is finished in a timeless shade of white with a black soft-top roof, over a cream leather-trimmed interior, featuring a contrasting black dashboard, and wood veneer and chrome trim.
It rides on a set of 15-inch five-spoke alloy wheels fitted with Pirelli P5 tyres.
Equipment includes a two-spoke steering wheel, cruise control, an on-board computer, automatic air conditioning, a Jaguar-branded cassette stereo, electric windows, and Smiths gauges.
The car is accompanied by all the original owner’s manuals, a tool kit, a spare wheel, the service booklet, and a full complement of up to eight original keys.
CONDITION
Specific notes from the seller include: one tiny chip noted on the paintwork, and a minor area of discolouration around the armrest inside the cabin.
SERVICE HISTORY
The last maintenance was carried out in February 2020 at an indicated 188 Kms by CMR. The work included all the spark plugs being replaced, and filling the engine with diesel to soak, followed by drainage and manual crank rotation with cylinder bore inspection via boroscope.
SUMMARY
This Jaguar XJ-SC V12 Convertible is a stylish and lesser-seen modern classic 2+2 open-top grand tourer, which is reported to be in highly original condition. Presented with a refined colour scheme, distinctive styling, and a potent yet smooth V12, it would make a fine addition to any assembly of modern classics, and a charismatic companion for weekend drives, fair-weather open-air cruising, and classic car show visits alike.
