Seller's description:
1986 Jaguar XJSC V12 Cabriolet
Low 72,028 Km’s, V12 Auto
Exterior White; Interior Red
I am an 89 year old ( second owner since 1994) of this impeccable machine, but I can no longer climb into it..
I have spent the last three years carefully bringing it up to its current mechanically excellent condition, matched by its stripped & recently repainted bodywork and new interior woodwork, new Blackman fabric Roof, Headlining and door seals, and New Air conditioner heating system and new set of tyres.
Mike Roddy has recently replaced all of the aged worn rubbers, and updated the complete suspension system along with anything else that was aged worn.
Anything in doubt has always been replaced regardless of cost so that its beautiful Engine drives like a new Car.
This Cabriolet is a desirable & rare model these days.
Instead of the small rear seats, these models have a luggage rack
It has removable Targa roof panels with a folding rear roof section.
VIN No. SAJJNACY3CC 126665
The last 30 years of its life, it has been used only on a Sunday to drive to Golf.
Its original owner was an aged well known business leader. It has never been thrashed.
This very beautiful Car - one of many - has been the motoring love of my life.
I have a full detailed receipt of everything that has been done by experts such as Mike Roddy and Downshire Motors over the years.
The body is perfect, and any mechanical inspection is welcomed also.
I don’t believe there is anything to spend on it to enjoy safe, luxurious driving, for lots of enjoyment.
You will get the same enjoyment that I’ve had over the last 32 years.
I wish to sell this old and elegant lady to someone who will love her as much as I have done, and I will consider any sensible offers.
Price: $57,000
