This incredibly rare special order XJS INSIGNIA is one of only 64 cars prepared and hand finished by craftsmen at Jaguar Special Vehicle Operations (SVO) with only 7 RHD 4. 0 ltr cars produced.
The insignia option was designed to allow customers to stipulate unique paint options, wheels and higher grade leather trim (all at additional cost).
This wonderful example was commissioned in a metallic Lavender, an exceptionally rare colour which looks fabulous on the XJS.
The interior is Silk white which I have not seen another with and it looks and smells fabulous.
This XJS has the renowned 4. 0 ltr AJ6 engine with 92k miles with full dealer history up to 82k miles.
This is a lovely example, although not totally perfect it is not far off and would not take too much to get it so if wanted (33 years old young now).
Lots of paperwork and two keys.
I have owned this XJS for 14 years and having had a few other XJS’s I can confirm this is a good one.
This is a very reluctant sale only due to health issues.
There are not many of these extremely rare Insignia versions about and as such are very desirable now and in the future.
