This 1985 Jaguar XJ-S V12 was delivered new through Jaguar House, a Dutton-Forshaw dealership in Stockton-on-Tees, and it was purchased by the seller nearly two decades ago. Approximately 10k of the 68k miles shown were added during that time, but the car has not been started or driven within the last year, and recommissioning may be needed prior to use. Equipped with a 5.3-liter V12 and a three-speed automatic transmission, the car is finished in Tudor White over Isis Blue leather. Features include a limited-slip differential, aftermarket 16″ wheels, a CD radio, cruise control, and automatic climate control. This XJ-S V12 project is now offered in at no reserve with the owner’s manual, service records, and UK registration.

The car was refinished in Tudor White upon its purchase by the seller about two decades ago, and rust was remediated at that time. Corrosion is noted in the bottom of the right door. How Many Left documents that 393 Jaguar XJS HE remain on the road in the UK as of this year.

Aftermarket 16″ five-spoke wheels are mounted with Uniroyal tyres. The spare wheel is currently fitted, as the removed unit’s tyre has a puncture. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel discs.

The right-hand-drive cabin features seats upholstered in Isis Blue leather along with burl wood veneer accents on the dashboard, center console, and door panels. Interior amenities include a CD radio, cruise control, and automatic climate control. Some of the carpeting has been removed, including in the driver’s footwell.

The two-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6,500-rpm redline as well as gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 68k miles, approximately 10k of which were added under current ownership.

The 5.3-liter V12 has not been started or driven within the last year, and its current operating condition is unknown. The seller tells us that the car ran well when parked. An oil change was performed in August 2024, and approximately 50 pages of service invoices dating back to the early 1990s are included.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential. An undercoating was applied approximately two decades ago following rust remediation.

The car is being offered on its UK registration, and its MOT expired in August 2025
