On eBay May 09, 2012. Charlotte, North Carolina.
Asking USD $ 5,500 with 45,420 miles. Listing says "This is a rare 1988 Jaguar XJ-SC V12 according to Jaguar one of 69 built in 1988. The XJ-SC had a limited production of 5013 from 1983 to 1988. This one is original black color with tan interior. The cabriolet has t-tops and a removable rear section that can be replaced with a snap on top. All factory documentation and accessories are with the car including the cell phone. It has just over 45k original miles and title states so as well. This XJ-SC was also ordered with factory wire wheels which are in excellent condition. I have put less that 200 miles on it in the 2 years I have owned it due to working to much. It needs driven more. The only issue is has mechanically is the cold start valve sticks due to sitting but clears up after being driven. It does after all only have 45k miles so the car has little wear on anything. It does have a complete tune-up, new fuel filter and pump, belts, and alternator as well as the battery. The canvas tops are in great condition. The paint on the trunk and hood is fading though completely presentable and at some point in the past the car had some slight hail damage I do believe. The chrome is perfect except for the headlight trim which is normal with these cars. It is not a show car but could be with little effort. It is a beautiful car with a classic body style that needs a good home.
