1986 Jaguar XJSC Convertible. Beautiful car with long hood and gorgeous lines. We get looks and compliments wherever we go.

Top is easy to remove and put back on, drives great!

Regularly serviced, everything works fine.

Very low miles – under 72,000 original miles.

Has a custom Nardi steering wheel.

Nice rims with Pirelli tires in good condition.

Canvas top is in excellent condition with a clear back window, some sun fade marks.

Just waxed and detailed.

Absolutely no rust!

Paint is a beautiful metallic blue color with a few very minor chips in the paint which have been touched up.

Leather seats are in great condition.

Two seater with locking compartments in luggage area.

Motor purrs, has plenty of get up and go even in the high altitude of Colorado.

This 1986 Jaguar XJ-SC is finished in metallic blue over blue leather and is powered by a 5.3-liter V12 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes a dark blue soft top with removable roof panels, 15″ alloy wheels, an aftermarket steering wheel, power windows, air conditioning, and a factory cassette stereo. The car was sold new by Lee Imported Cars of Wellesley, Massachusetts, and later spent time in New York, California, and Colorado before it was acquired by the seller in August 2021. This XJ-SC shows 73k miles and is now offered at no reserve with manufacturer’s literature, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Colorado title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in Arctic Blue Metallic (JFE) and features a dark blue folding fabric top with removable roof panels. The soft top has reportedly been re-dyed and the seller notes a dent on the left front fender and scratches in the paint.

The 15″ five-spoke alloy wheels wear 215/70-sized tires that need to be replaced due to old age. The shock absorbers were reportedly replaced in 2021.

The cabin features seating surfaces trimmed in Isis Blue leather (JEF) with a matching center console and gray carpets. Wood veneers accent the dashboard and doors, and additional appointments include R134a-based air conditioning, power windows, cruise control, an on-board computer, and a Jaguar-branded AM/FM/cassette stereo. The leather upholstery on the seats is worn and the soft top headliner is torn and stained.

The aftermarket three-spoke steering wheel fronts a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 6,500-rpm redline, and auxiliary gauges. The six-digit odometer shows 73k miles

The 5.3-liter V12 features electronic fuel injection and was factory rated at 262 horsepower and 290 lb-ft of torque when new. The engine temperature sensor and connector were reportedly replaced in 2021. An oil change was performed in April 2021, and the seller notes that engine oil is leaking onto the passenger-side exhaust. Rust is visible is the engine compartment on top of the left front fender.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission. Corrosion on the underside components is visible.
