Ebay item 12/20/17
www.ebay.com/itm/1987-Jaguar-XJS-CONVERTIBLE/253320811246
Opening bid US $7,000 reserve not met no bids 6 days left in auction, seller midlyf18jn8, 43k miles.

Sellers description:
1987 Jaguar XJSC that is truly a Garage Queen. With only 43,918 documented miles it is a collectors dream car. There were just over 5,000 of these special models built between 1983 and 1988, with V12 models like this example first offered in 1985. This car offers the Targa/convertible body style with removable Targa panels over the two seater passenger compartment. The silver exterior combined with the dark blue Connolly leather interior is a stunning color combination for this car.

This is a two owner car that has been garage kept with a cover on it. I have most of the maintenance records on this car since new and also have the original window dealers sticker. The car starts right up and drives beautifully. It appears to be in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition. There are a few scratches and dings in the paint but looks amazingly good considering it's age. I read that Princess Diana owned one of these beautiful cars. The XJS model cars have become a very collectable model out of the Jaguar line up. If you have been looking to own one of these amazing cars then look no further. It doesn't get much better than this!

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
