Sold new in San Jose, CA the car spent most of its life in northern California before coming to Arizona in 2006, therefore it is RUST FREE and dry underneath. The hard mechanical work has been done making this a good daily driver that needs a little cosmetic work to make it nice. Items that need attention are: wood - (all there and veneer is good but finish is lifting console - (tear near radio, holes for cup holder) seat - (rip in back, I have a replacement section from parts car, split seam in rear) paint - (a good 20 footer, some crazing) sail panels - (need repainting). So there you have it. An XJS with the expensive mechanical stuff properly redone and some cosmetics which would give you something to do while you enjoy it.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
