This 1992 Jaguar XJS 2+2 convertible was initially delivered to Rallye Motors Inc. of Paramus, New Jersey, and remained registered with the original owner until 2019, at which time the seller purchased it. The car is finished in Brooklands Green over Barley leather and now indicates 25k miles. Power is provided by a 5.3-liter V12 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes a limited-slip differential, fog lights, a power-retractable black soft top, 15″ basketweave alloy wheels, power-adjustable front sport seats, a cassette stereo, cruise control, and air conditioning. This XJS convertible is now offered with a window sticker, the owner’s manual, service records, and a clean Florida title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in Brooklands Green and features a power-retractable black soft top as well as fog lights, a Jaguar growler hood emblem, pinstripes, dual exhaust outlets, and a telescoping antenna. The convertible top frame was repaired in December 2021. Blemishes around the body are visible.

The 15″ basketweave alloy wheels are mounted with 235/60 Pirelli P600 tires. Stopping power is provided by power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes. The brake master cylinder actuator was replaced in February 2024.

The cabin features heated power-adjustable front sport seats and two rear bucket seats upholstered in Barley leather. Interior amenities include a cassette stereo, cruise control, and air conditioning that was serviced in June 2019. The digital clock display has blemishes, and the surrounding trim is cracked.

The four-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6,500-rpm redline as well as gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 25k miles, approximately 2,700 of which were added under current ownership.

The 5.3-liter V12 was factory rated at 263 horsepower and 288 lb-ft of torque. A fuel leak was repaired, and the engine idle was calibrated in January 2020.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential.

The window sticker shows original delivery to Rallye Motors Inc. of Paramus, New Jersey, and lists factory colors, standard equipment, options, and a total amount of $68,080.
