Equipment includes fog lights, a power-retractable black soft top, polished 15″ basketweave wheels, power-adjustable sport seats, cruise control, air conditioning, and a JVC stereo. This XJS convertible shows 60k miles and is now offered on dealer consignment at no reserve with manufacturer’s literature, service records, a car cover, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Florida title.
The car is finished in Flamenco Red and features a power-retractable black soft top as well as fog lights, a Jaguar growler hood emblem, dual exhaust outlets, and a telescoping antenna. The 5.3-liter V12 was factory rated at 263 horsepower and 288 lb-ft of torque. Service in October 2020 included changing the oil and replacing the valve cover gaskets, water pump, ignition system components, cooling system hoses, air conditioning receiver drier, and the heater control valve.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission. Exhaust components were replaced and the differential was overhauled in October 2020.

This 1992 Jaguar XJS convertible is a non-running example that was purchased by the seller on BaT in February 2023, and it was later parked following the discovery of a leak at a cylinder-head gasket. The car is finished in Flamenco Red over tan leather upholstery, and its powertrain is comprised of a 5.3-liter V12 and a three-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes fog lights, a power-retractable black soft top, chromed 15″ basketweave wheels, power-adjustable sport seats, cruise control, air conditioning, and a JVC stereo with Bluetooth. Showing 61k miles, this XJS convertible is offered at no reserve with a window sticker, owner’s manuals, spare keys, removed parts, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Maryland title in the seller’s name.
The car is finished in Flamenco Red and features a power-retractable black soft top as well as fog lights, a Jaguar growler hood emblem, dual exhaust outlets, and a telescoping antenna. The underside of the hood was refinished and the top was replaced in 2020. Chipped paint and a cracked rear reflector lens is visible.
Chrome-plated 15″ basketweave wheels were sourced in 2022 and are mounted with 235/60 Cooper Cobra Radial G/T tires. Braking is provided by power-assisted four-wheel discs, components of which were replaced in 2020. Additional service at that time included overhauling the front and rear suspension, replacing the front wheel bearings, and installing Bilstein dampers. A replacement steering rack was installed in 2024.
The power-adjustable sport seats were reupholstered in tan leather in 2020. Additional appointments include cruise control, air conditioning, and a JVC CD stereo with Bluetooth.
The four-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer as well as gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel level. The six-digit mechanical odometer shows 61k miles, approximately 1k of which were added under current ownership.
The 5.3-liter V12 was factory rated at 263 horsepower and 288 lb-ft of torque. Service in 2020 included replacing the water pump, air-conditioning receiver drier, heater-control valve, valve-cover gaskets, ignition components, and coolant hoses. Under current ownership, a cylinder-head gasket leak developed, and attempts to remove the heads without damage were unsuccessful. The car does not currently run.
The rear-wheel-drive drivetrain includes a three-speed automatic transmission and a replacement limited-slip differential that was installed in 2020.
The window sticker lists initial delivery to Terry York British Cars in Encino, California, factory colors and equipment, and a total amount of $68,490.
Removed components will accompany the vehicle.
