This 1996 Jaguar XJS 2+2 Celebration Edition convertible has remained in the current owner’s collection of British vehicles since their acquisition in 2005, and it now has 22k miles. The car is powered by a 4.0-liter inline-six paired with a four-speed automatic transmission and is finished in Carnival Red over Cream leather upholstery. Equipment includes a limited-slip differential, fog lights, a power-retractable beige soft top, 16″ alloy wheels, heated power-adjustable front sport seats, a cassette stereo, cruise control, and automatic climate control. This XJS convertible is now offered by the seller at no reserve with a clean Carfax report and a clean Illinois title in the current owners’ name.

The car is finished in Carnival Red and features a power-retractable beige soft top as well as fog lights, a Jaguar leaper hood ornament, dual exhaust outlets, and a telescoping antenna.

The 16″ alloy wheels are mounted with 225/60 Pirelli P4000 tires. Stopping power is provided by power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes. A brake fluid change was carried out, and the front upper shock bushings were replaced in January 2026.

The cabin features heated power-adjustable front sport seats and two rear bucket seats upholstered in Cream leather. Interior amenities include a cassette stereo, cruise control, and automatic climate control. The carpeted battery cover in the trunk is missing.

The four-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer as well as gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 22k miles, approximately 2,500 of which were added under current ownership.

The 4.0-liter inline-six was factory rated at 237 horsepower and 282 lb-ft of torque. The battery, engine air filter, and a relay for the blower motor were replaced in January 2026, at which time an oil change was performed.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential.
