Seller's description:
This is your chance to own a great looking collector's piece of Jaguar history. This 1991 Jaguar XJS V12 Coupe is in amazing condition both inside and outside. This car has spent most of its life garaged as is visible in the beautiful condition it is in.

The exterior sports a beautiful original white paint color that still shines as if it were new. I cannot score the exterior a 10 out of 10 only because of a minute ding it has on the driver side front fender as shown in the pictures. It would require very little work to be fixed correctly, however it was spot painted as a temporary fix just never got around to take it to a body shop. The only other visible wear on the exterior is the pinstriping on the passenger side front fender.

The interior of this vehicle is gorgeous. The leather on the seats is soft and does not have a single tear nor stain. Both the front seats and back seats are in immaculate condition. The dash is in perfect condition, no fading, no cracks, nor any dents nor tears. All power switches inside the car are working as they should. The center console shifter surround wood trim, as is common in most of these vehicles that were fitted with wood trim work, does have a few cracks. I have seen trim kits anywhere from 80-100 dollars online. Again, these minute details were never really a bother as the car was never in the plans of being sold, therefore, never got around to getting them taken care of. All speakers inside the car sound great and there was an aftermarket stereo installed with CD player, however, the original working stereo will be included with the car along with all the original manuals that came with the vehicle. The A/C works, however I am trying to find someone locally who still carries R12 refrigerant. I will try my hardest to get the car charged before the end of the auction, however, I have not been able to find a shop close to me that carries R12.

The car starts right up every time and has no mechanical issues whatsoever. The car had a recent detailed inspection, complete tune up, brand new battery and had a few other parts changed as recommended by the certified mechanic. Spent a little over $1,000 and have all receipts in the vehicle with details on what was done to the car. The car runs flawlessly and can get up to speed with no rattles nor any kind of vibrations. The suspension is extremely solid and the car grips onto the road beautifully. The only thing that someone else would probably like to do would be change the tires. This set probably has no more than 10k miles, but considering a lot of people these days are concerned with the age of tires, it might be something the buyer might consider.

This is an adult driven, clean titled, Texas car with absolutely no rust whatsoever. The car has always been taken care of and can be driven with no worries at all for any distance. There is a hash on the report provided by auto check, I have tried to address it however have not been able to get it corrected. As you can see, there was definitely a typo when entering the mileage from the time car was inspected to when it was titled 3 months later.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
